北京时间2月16日，据美媒报道，著名体育医学专家David J.Chao向浓眉哥发出警告，他可能要伤停数月。
值得一提的是，根据此前消息，浓眉哥的伤情确诊为右小腿拉伤，将缺席至少2到3周。结果显示右脚跟腱炎伤势加重，不过没有证据显示浓眉哥的右脚跟腱有撕裂情况。
除此之外，David J.Chao表示，浓眉哥的情况跟之前杜兰特遇到的跟腱断裂之前相似，并且认为至少2月份是看不到他重返球场。
这是因为David J.Chao认为浓眉哥有明显的跟腱炎症状，根据严重程度可延长至数月。同时，浓眉哥的经纪人里奇-保罗透露称浓眉哥会在三周后接受复查。（Emily）
